Drag and drop stops working after alt+enter on Windows

Drag and dropping files into the window no longer works after returning from fullscreen to windowed mode via alt+enter.

Man. Bye the way, the reason for the whole alt+enter chaos: D3D11 does it automatically. But I deactivated that and did it myself because it caused very weird mouse input problems on one system.
