new chrome version, added extra div problem on resturants_scrapper, menu_scrapper still fails

I noticed that you are working on the same script but the scrappy version of it. I made some changes on the selenium version but it still fails on menu_scrapper. xpath's still need to be adjusted on menu task

I sidelined this project due to getting busy with other stuff. However, if you are interested in making a menu_scrapper look into the html of a restaurant. You can get some of the menu data from the script tag with the id="REDUX_STATE".
