Blender 2.79+ does not work on my laptop

My laptop has microsoft basic display adapter. When I try to open Blender 2.79 it keeps saying to update my graphics card even though it already up to date

It sounds like you don't have a proper driver installed for your graphics adapter. What is the laptop model? Have you tried installing official drivers for the device?
