Adding .dcm contour data

Hi, would it be possible to add the rt-struct formatted labels to the list?

@lionmsk11 Hi, currently this package did not support .dcm to keep the package as simple as possible. We encourage users to convert .dcm to .mha or .mhd files.

In the future, if more and more people want the support of .dcm, we may consider to implement it.
