Stuck at process already running: /usr/bin/flock -n /app/sync.lock /app/sync.sh

The process is getting stuck at this log. process already running: /usr/bin/flock -n /app/sync.lock /app/sync.sh It fetches the first image but I am not able to see my download folder.
