Resend doesn't work when using phpmailer

Hello there,

I like this plugin, it’s lightweight and easy to use, however, it seems there are bugs, here they are.

The From column can be found in Screen Options, but it doesn’t work whether it is checked or not.
There is a problem with the email sending function (including resend emails and compose new messages), the default ‘mail’ method of phpmailer cannot be used to send emails, an error is always reported: Bad sender address syntax. But the ‘smtp’ method to send email works fine without any error.
