[Feature Request] Global Keyboard Shortcuts and Customization

Description

There are currently only a few keys that have certain functionalities in limited places in Creator, and mouse interaction is relied heavily upon to continue rigging.

Suggested solution

Binding more functionalities to keyboard, and a global keyboard shortcut system, where users can view available shortcuts and configure bindings themselves, are preferred. Considering that many users have previous art and rigging experience in other software, making sure the default bindings are somewhat familiar to those in other software would be helpful.

Alternative solution

Before libsoba is out, non-standardized but nevertheless usable keyboard shortcuts implemented one by one with separate updates can still improve user experience.
