Support collection logo image

Hello

Currently, it is possible to customize collection (Dataverse) logo images through the UI under "Theme + Widgets". We want this option to also be possible through Native API so we can automate customization using Ansible. Also, new SPA UI should retain option to customize collection (Dataverse) logo images.

@Asbjoedt thanks, we'll definitely need this.

This is the frontend repo, but we'll also need the ability to upload logos for collections (dataverses) via the API. If you are so moved, please feel free to create an issue for this over in the backend repo at https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/issues
