In the discussion of this PR https://github.com/IBM/operand-deployment-lifecycle-manager/pull/673#issuecomment-836675236 The OperandRequest label should be removed from subscription after it is deleted, in case there is a new OperandRequest with the same name but for different operator created in the future.
