Reset AWS credentials?

I need to change the credentials used by the plugin to access AWS, as the ones currently in use are no longer valid. However, even after removing and reinstalling the plugin, there is no obvious way to reset the credentials, and I am getting a 500 error when trying to open any one of my buckets.

Hi @KPouianou I know this is several years old, but were you able to solve this?
