  • [ ] construct new graph of only certain node / edge types
  • [ ] delete / de-activate certain node / edge types
    • [ ] introduce new data structures to handle inactive types
    • [ ] make algorithms only aware of active types (should be the same as above)
  • [ ] incorporate into visualization library
