Is this project supported by Google? It does not work out of the box.

The biggest starting point issues are that there does not appear to be a public "golden image" available anymore at projects/zeekautomation/global/images/zeek-fluentd-golden-image-v1 contrary to the instructions. When attempting to build the image yourself using Packer it fails as well (though the script is not setup in such a way that this is apparent to the end user).
