Mono repo setup
Initial setup for combining all size-plugin* packages into one repo.
I have used independent version(lerna) for now(might change it to bring all packages under a single version number)
Packages included:
- size-plugin
- size-plugin-core
- size-plugin-store
for rollup-plugin-size @luwes let me know if you want to move rollup-plugin-size here.
