extension: better support for dark themes

The extension is not really readable or usable on a dark theme atm. screen shot 2018-11-13 at 2 19 26 pm

My theme is Morpheon Dark.

The theme works fine on something like the Lighthouse tab screen shot 2018-11-13 at 2 20 58 pm

Or Performance tab screen shot 2018-11-13 at 2 21 54 pm
