怎么集群部署？文档有点太简陋了🥺

所有消息都是服务端发MSG_SYNC_NOTIFY给客户端，然后客户端拉消息，对于群消息，拉消息的请求会不会太多

比如500人的群，如果群活跃，并发消息100，那么就是50000的拉取请求。
