Taking very small captures can result in weird unexpected scaling, otherwise.

Was thinking it's a good idea to include this into the upcoming release, but figured that this might be an issue if someone needs the graphic to turn out upscaled, which is probably a rare case, but not invalid. You can always turn off resize preferences for a particular item in the editor and re-export again.

That said, it would be a good idea to have the control for downscaling-only behavior. This requires some UI and under-the-hood changes, so I'll keep this open as a reminder and we'll add this feature when doing larger preferences improvements.
