Describe the request

On mobile, it has happened to me several times now that I posted sth from the wrong account accidentally. With the sidebar collapsed there is currently zero hint about the currently active account, which makes that mistake way too likely. I don't have any strong opinion what or where the indicator should be, but having sth at all would be a tremendous gain in usability.

FWIW, the mockups did fix that but we haven't decided on some details so it stayed like that. I'll see about getting it done by the next release
