Csharp binding

As mentioned in the title, any plan to create a binding for csharp, maybe based on net6?

@cesarecaoduro thanks for your interest in OpenGeode. Unfortunately, we have no current use of C#, so there is no plan for adding C# binding. TBH, we are unfamiliar with it. Any contribution in this direction would be appreciated!
