Android 11
I upgraded my smartphone (Samsung Note 10 Lite) from 10 to version 11. The programs still work, but I can't download any programs to Google Play. Both Telegram and Twitter do not work, write that there is no connection. I understand that the problem in version 11 is not it?
No, it's probably Google Play: #37 (and other apps) which consider that they have no connection is there is no wifi/mobile network.

Just in version 10 everything worked. Is there anything I can do about it?
Oh I saw a problem in the terminal, when for example I go to twitter and there is a connection, I see an error: "Warn router: Dropping invalid packet"
Apparently the same issue it is in my case. BUT the problem was that i tried to watch IPTV and it was spamming "invalid packet" errors. Samsung Galaxy M21 treble GSI LineageOS 18.1 (android 11)
We are also facing the same issue. Earlier most of the apps are able to access the internet on Android 10. When we moved to Android 11 almost none of them is working anymore. Any possible solution so far ?
Gnirehtet worked for me on android 5, 7, 9 but nothing on android 11 but found this comment somewhere:
adb shell am start -a com.genymobile.gnirehtet.START -n com.genymobile.gnirehtet/.GnirehtetActivity
So i copied adb.exe into the gnirehtet directory.
then in the CMD window in the gnirehtet directory I run
adb shell am start -a com.genymobile.gnirehtet.START -n com.genymobile.gnirehtet/.GnirehtetActivity
then gnirehtet tunnel
then gnirehtet relay
Now gnirehtet with android 11 works for most things, unfortunately not playstore, but better than nothing.
Alternatively as android 11 supports ethernet on my phone i got a usb to ethernet dongle and playstore works fine on that, eats the battery though.
