Right now only on Mac can you add PearAI to path. We need this for Windows too. This will allow you to open PearAI from CLI with `pearai .` from...

[1][Easy][App] Clicking on file name should open the file in chat

E.g.: Clicking on `PlansFeed.vue` here in the chat prompt box should open that file as well. Currently clicking on it does nothing.
