Twitch tags?

Have been checking Instagram and is a royal pain to get anything working here. You need to create 2 new accounts, one for Instagram and the other for Facebook to even gain very basic access to the API Graph, so far I haven't been able to try anything since you need some time with your account created to start trying.

If you ask me, this should not be a good starting point for the providers. This needs more investigation or someone that already has some good experience with this particular platform.

It looks like the Instagram hashtag search is simple and there is a hard limit on hashtags per week: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-api/guides/hashtag-search

Twitch tags?

Twitch tags are associated with live streams, not videos or clips. I don't think that will work for this.

Searching streams on the Twitch API does not currently allow filtering by tags: https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/api/reference/#get-streams

I'd like to see support for:

• Mastadon
• Threads
• Instagram
• Facebook
• YouTube

For me it's:

1. Mastodon
2. Youtube
3. Linkedin

The numbers represent the priority in my view (I know that this will be different for everyone, just my preference).

Would people want Reddit or Tumblr in the mix?

Tumblr has hastags you can search and has an API endpoint for them.
