Add a message queue feature on the Waterfall UI

As a host, I'd like to be able to mark a collection of cards as 'preferred'. These messages could be attached to the side of the screen so that its easy to locate those messages.

Components needed

  • [ ] Update the MessageDetails screen to be a modal on the moderation screen
  • [ ] Add 'Add to queue' to MessageDetails
  • [ ] 'Add to Queue' gesture implicitly approves message
  • [ ] Allow moderators to add 'speaker notes' about a message
  • [ ] Add a 'Queue' screen that shows the list of messages queued and the speaker notes for each message
  • [ ] Queue screen allows re-ordering of messages
  • [ ] Add a 'Drawer' user-interface that slides off the bottom-left of the waterfall ui and contains the list of current messages to review
