AdRotator does not work on Azure deployed sample

AdRotator throws a strange error on https://blazorwebformscomponents.azurewebsites.net/ControlSamples/AdRotator

Is there any sort of logging so I can know what's going on, or is there possibility to set the environment to DEV, so I can trace

It looks like the ads.xml may not have been deployed... I'm investigating further
