Whip Move improper pull [bounty: 33 XTR]

Headless' Whip Move should fully drag the unit(s) to each other, not leave space between them. Minimum range only affects the ability's targeting requirement, not end result. Sometimes Headless won't even move after ability usage, like in this scenario here:
