Describe the bug The chart is jumping around on zooming in/out with two fingers (when you touch the screen with two fingers the graph is first panned left or right depending which side of the screen was touched later).

Victory version victory-native 36.6.11

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to zoom in or out the line chart in VictoryZoomContainer

Expected behavior When the chart is touched with two fingers it is not moved only zoomed in or out when user makes pinch gesture.

Smartphone (please complete the following information): Both iOS and Android - iPhone X, Samsung Galaxy A14

@ScriptNewbie I'm not sure I follow the expected behavior here? Mind sharing a video or a gif of what you are seeing.

Typically, I use the zoomDimension property to prevent users from getting lost in the chart.
