Deceleration and Snap

hi @shima11 @muukii Thanks for this wonderful library. But let me ask, is there any way to adjust the deceleration because I find it scrolls a bit far when the user takes their hand off the scroll view and is there a way to snap the center level to the correct position based on the range transform?
