[suggestion] add swapAlmostBrokenTools blacklist

a blacklist to to exclude the specified item from swapAlmosBrokenTools (and an option in the list menu to set the items)

Still cannot get it that how will blacklist be useful here. Don't forget you can just switch off swapAlmostBrokenTools

If you can just simply switch off swapAlmostBrokenTools without issue that I don't think it's worth it to add another few options

Noticed that for handRestockBlackList, you want to have handRestock on bucket but not on lava bucket at the same time, so you cannot switch off handRestock for that
