New feature: Dark Mode button

I added a basic darkmode button. The button when pressed turns the BackColor to black. Pressing again turns it to SystemColors Control like it was default. I made sure that the github logo is inverted when dark mode applies. Didn't implement dark mode to other forms, just the main app. This is my first open source contribution and first time using vb.net so sorry if I make any noob mistakes. Dark Light

So far this has gone stale and conflicts are all around, anyone can still build on top of these and do a new PR. I welcome and appreciate contributors.
