systemd dismisses CoC advocacy as "peanut gallery"
I have chimed in on https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/11026 with good faith that if systemd had a Code of Conduct like this one, which brings positive change, bugs would occur less. My contribution was dismissed as a call from the "peanut gallery".
@rmoog But how would a CoC prevent bugs from happening? Just curious :peanuts:

While I am a huge advocate of the Contributor Covenant, and I also agree that you should have mentioned it, you did, in fact, make an off-topic comment. It would have been more effective had you created a new issue to broach the topic.
