Manually Spawn Player Heads

Is it possible for you to add in a command to manually spawn in head drops? I dropped the plugin "PlayerHeads" since Craftbook essentially has the same feature built into it, but it can't spawn the heads by command, only by actual death. Would sincerely appreciate this feature for replacing heads stolen, making ones for personal/cosmetic use, etc.

If you have Essentials, you can use /i 397:3 1 player:Khobbits

I do not use Essentials and have no plan to. If on the other hand WorldEdit were to support this, please tell me.

It'd be nice if it didn't have to abuse region editing commands and we can just get one to spawn an inventory item. Frankly this could belong in Commandbook, WorldEdit, or CraftBook for that matter. But one of them should support this if none do already.

cmdbk isn't very high priority so it could take a while for it to be added.
