/kick doesn't use display names for the entire message

CMDBOOK-2103 - Reported by Senan.Kelly

In this case, CommandBook didn't get austintracey's display name (&6austintracey), but it got mine (&csentriz). Screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/Juqrm.png

The issue is that CommandBook doesn't change join/quit names, isn't it?
