The project was made in the old DEV-CPP version in this version, part of the files does not open, although the project opens [test.zip](https://github.com/Embarcadero/Dev-Cpp/files/7047595/test.zip)

When I'm working with special characters in spanish (á,é,í,ó,ú, ¿), the program asks to save it in UTF-8 "so as not to lose the characters" but it doesn't work and...
