Access Violation

Basically I just downloaded embarcadero c++ and open a .cpp document run it, close the aplication and stop working. The program wont open after several tries. The error message sends: Message : Access violation at address 0028E02B in module 'devcpp.exe'. Read of address 00000290 Address : 0x0028E02B
