destroyamount "too easy to use"?
Someone decided it was a good idea to "test" it out by burning some L-BTC, and was surprised it worked(?).
Though in the Liquid case that just donates to the watchmen, maybe make this harder.
Two-phase RPC that must be called to turn on "I like pain" mode?
Probably because people issue test tokens. I'd be ok to disallow
destroyamount use with policyAsset.
