@ElDavoo the Proxmark3 cannot be used directly with the libnfc library. Here's why:

Protocol and Compatibility: The Proxmark3 uses its own firmware, communication protocol, and specific tools (like the Proxmark3 client software or CLI). The libnfc library, on the other hand, is designed for devices that use standard NFC protocols, such as readers based on PN53x chips (e.g., ACR122U readers).
