no, it serves the HTML perfectly, but PHP files are being downloaded (not being processed as webpage)

For me it shows that haven't a main class 

Tried with `yarn` and `npm` (v8.1.4 and v8.3.0), also the same thing happens. But it's working on 7.19.1
