[BUG] Manual bed leveling with mesh on

The purpose of the manual leveling is to properly adjust the 4 corners.

Unfortunately, the height of the nozzle is different at each location because the correction from the mesh is applied.

Mesh has to be ignored for proper manual bed leveling.
