Hi It seems that the author did not provide the init.model in the homepage. Can you point out which init.caffemodel are you using? By the way, the init model is trained on the coco dataset or not?

The init model can be found here: http://ccvl.stat.ucla.edu/deeplab-models/init-models/

It doesn't look like they have pre-trained the init model on COCO since there are an additional LFOV-COCO model there.

Do you plan to include COCO data training into your project

It is in my plans, but not on the top
