Should provide an option to wait forever (no timeout)

ATM setTimeout is hard-coded. However, there should be a way to disable the timeout feature, e.g. with a new option (-n, --no-timeout) I could provide a change for that, would you accept a pull request and merge it? (I saw two other open pull requests)

Sorry for the late reply. Yes I will accept a pull request! The open ones are from Greenkeeper and I ignore those sometimes.
