Use ✵ as 8-direction glyph

The current glyph has only 6 points, at least on the font I have on my machine.

This request is minor and pretty easy to implement. I am planning to develop visual mode soon for Electra 2.3.0. So, instead of creating a new version just for this, I'll add this in 2.3.0.
