In the current version, research outputs are globally enabled via the configuration. Would it be possible to enable this on template level too? Something like a boolean flag enable_research_output.

On plan level, I would add a method research_output_enabled? that checks for global (by configuration) and local (by template) support.

We are working on this in the DMPTool currently along with some functionality that allows a template admin to:

• enable/disable the research outputs tab entirely
• provide tooltip/guidance for various fields on the research outputs page
• add additional (or replace the default) list of output types
• add preferred/recommended repositories (or replace the default list of selectable options with their own list)
• define custom repositories that are not part of the re3data list
• add preferred/recommended licenses (or replace the default list of selectable options with their own list)
• add preferred/recommended metadata standards (or replace the default list of selectable options with their own list

@briri, can I clarify, is this for DMPTool or for DMPRoadmap? Thanks.

It is currently in the DMPTool at the moment. It is under development and then user testing
