"Automatically add torrents from"/"Monitored Folder" settings missing from settings

Hi, I'd like to suggest adding the "Automatically add torrents from" and "Monitored Folder" settings to this webui since they're basic configuration options. Ideally all the settings would be available but baby steps. :)
