Added API functionality + edited time/date system

Hello! I just added some features to this repo like adding the GDBrowser API to it, also adding the "ago" system where it now shows the correct format of time in the game. That's probably it, maybe I'll add more features later on if I have more free time.

Tutorial for API is in /api/file.txt
