How about allowing adding plain custom style in _advanced settings_? Just tell advanced users take a look at [the themes](https://github.com/Croydon/vertical-tabs-reloaded/tree/master/data/theme) ,open `moz-extension://[ID]/vtr.html` and press F12

By now, "hard" translate may work well if there's no encoding problem for non-europe languages.
