SSL Auth support

allow SSL auth support

do you mean to the master DB or for people connecting to the crunchy-proxy? I need support for the former as i need this to wrap around an Heroku DB that uses SSL as nearly all the AWS services that I need (Glue, Quicksight etc) do not support SSL connections.
