There are 2 means of filtering other people's snippets for an island: by school and by municipality.

• [x] insert drop down component
• [x] have dropdown pull from db
• [ ] actually filter on click
• [ ] "show more" limiting

General Question for @alexandersimoes here - Even using only "4mg" municipalities, these lists are super long. the schools db has 12,000 rows, are we showing all of these in a single drop down?

Moving this to Post August for now, as it's more important we have fully functional snippet interaction than that we have a filtering mechanism. Could possibly move back, time permitting

Originally the intent here was to allow users to find their classmates snippets. For example, on the first island, where there is such a long list, this could be a helpful way of narrowing down the list.
