change the identical code block buttons in the Quill editor

There are 2 icons for creating an inline for block level code snippet:

The idea was to differentiate these 2 icons, which is possible using the Quill library. See this comment: https://github.com/quilljs/quill/issues/1099#issuecomment-258560326.

That being said this has no effect on functionality it was more of a "nice to have" improvement for admins.
