YouTube adds tracking data to all links on the site. Here are a couple of places that I've seen many times:

Links in descriptions and comments of videos:

(The rules file seems to include the redirect format but it doesn't seem to work, the links still show the original tracker even though they're logged, and the avatar links aren't included at all.)
