optifabric crashed when launched 1.19

every time i try to launch in 1.19 i just get a crash message image

Unfortunately, this screenshot doesn't tell anything. you should upload "latest.log" just after the crash.

As a start I'd suggest updating OptiFabric if you haven't already as there have been additional fixes for 1.19. If you're still getting crashes then we need the mod list you're using, or ideally the log file/crash report.
