No controller input when streaming emulators from Steam Deck
Disclaimer: Its possible this is a Deck issue and not a ChimeraOS issue.
When streaming any emulators from my ChimeraOS pc to my deck, I can't get any controller input. Attempted MAME/SNES/MD/TG16,none of them work. If this is a Steam Deck issue I'll gladly take it elsewhere.
Thanks.
This is likely because Steam's virtual controller is not configured in RetroArch on the host system.
Having similar issue when streaming from ChimeraOS pc to another pc.
I`ve tested these controllers (xbox one, ps4, joycons). They all show up as xbox 360 controllers once any rom game is launched and says xbox 360 pad 0 not configured. Tested: N64, gamecube, ps2, gba
This is the only other post similar to my problem I could find, Let me know if this should be posted somewhere else. Thanks

xbox 360 pad 0 is a virtual device created by steam input. That error shouldn't affect the primary controller, but you can try disabling steam input for the game you're attempting to play.

I`ve tried that with no success. Upon further investigation the xbox 360 pad 0 is the only controller to popup unless I add an additional controller then it will just numerate it with xbox 360 pad 1 regardless of controller type. The xbox 360 pad 0 is removed when unplugging said controller and comes back once plugged in accompanied with the not configured popup.
Same for me. Can't use emulated games ATM.
